GaNFET Mapping Tool

Find out if your GaN transistors are compatible with the new AHV85110 isolated gate driver

Allegro has created a GaNFET mapping tool containing a database of GaN transistors that are compatible with the AHV85110. The GaNFET mapping tool has been created to simplify the selection of the right GaN transistor for your design, or to see if your current GaN transistor is compatible. It also provides a simulation of the electrical performance and comparison of the parameter of different transistors.

This tool provides estimation of the key properties for gate driving, including VSEC, PGATE, and gate capacitance. Additionally, the tool includes a calculation to predict the VSEC voltage of what will drive the gate of a transistor, accomplished by entering the VDRV and gate capacitance (switching frequency, load capacity and temperature are assumed).
